Gobi is a well recognized brand in Singapore winning many awards for the last 15 years. Gobi started in 2004 by Chef Gobi as a chocolatier producing high quality confectionary with low sugar for the Pearl of LifeThe Pearl of  Life is a suite of products that caters to wedding favors, baby announcement and baby full month gifts. The comprehensive suite took almost 15 years to perfect generating over 3000 recipes. Gobi started making fine pastries to modernize Singapore’s baby full month celebrations. Gobi’s team of local chefs are French and Japanese trained. They created a perfect fusion of rich yet light pastries. Gobi’s manyue (满月礼物) became very popular with working professionals. Gobi’s customers are children, families and adults. Gobi continues to innovate towards an aggressive food road map aiming for zero sugar in it’s pastries and wherever possible no animal products. A third of Gobi’s cakes have achieved less than 10% sugar content. Gobi runs it’s own functional food program such as brewing enzyme for health. The enzymes are used in Gobi’s flagship Poire William offered for its dine in guest. Gobi is Halal compliant. Gobi is part of the Lifvation Group. Gobi’s business segments are divided into 4 areas:
