Chef Jonathan makes a little boy’s Sesame Street dream come true…

Chef Sady who runs Bricks n Cubes and Gobi Desserts orchestrated one of the best theme parties yet. Chef Jonathan makes some of the most exquisite cakes in Singapore made a Sesame Theme pastry for a special boy whose parents love him so much.

Chef Jonathan and his team took care the details.

The making of the Sesame characters required a lot of artistic endeavor.

The eyes are made from hand piped icing.

It takes a lot of skill to pipe each eyeball the same size.

The eyebrow, lips and tongue are different components.

The Tongue is our specially made jelly bean.

Yes we even made the jelly bean.

We had to use use 2 our lovely double fudge to make the ducky.DoubleChoc

Each Double Fudge weighs between 2.2-2.5kg.

Chef Jonathan had to cup up the cakes to make shape the head, the tail.

This ducky was made entirely of double fudge, cream cheese and skills.

We didn’t use fondant! Everything is edible.
