Fish Zepolle

Every Wednesday Gobi teaches cooking classes from basic cooking to Master classes.
The Zepolle is taught in our cooking Master Class where we teach students how to pair our fruit enzyme to dishes.
Zepolle Fish is the result of marrying the two disciplines the hot kitchen and cold kitchen.

Zepolle,

a type of pastry very similar to donut.

 Mozarella and Cheddar cheese
