1.  Pastry Cooks

  • Timely delivery of quality pastry made by the pastry kitchen.
  • Maintain hygiene standards, and quality of products, including control of cost / inventory as well as product wastage and cleanliness
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

       Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma in Culinary or equivalent;
  • Must have relevant working experience in a similar capacity
  • Strong passion and knowledge in Baking;
  • Mature, dynamic individual with an eye for details
  • Team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

2.   Outlet Manager

  • Monitor otulet’s expenses, ensuring all costs are within budget.
  • Plan staff duty schedule for service crew and ensure sufficient staff, whilst minimizing costs.
  • Assist in ensuring smooth cashier and administrative sytems
  • Assist in handling cash flow and petty cash payments
  • Assist in handling staffing issues
  • Supervise the operations in the outlet and serves customers when required
  • Handel cashiering when others are not available.
  • Solicit feedback from customers
  • Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management

      Requirements

  • To have at least 2 years of relevant working experience in F&B industry
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Possess good supervisory skills
  • Required to work in other outlets as and when required

3. Sales Executive (Bakery)

  • Provide on-site sales and consultation for our customers, including accurately entering, reviewing and transmitting customer orders
  • Identify prospective customers and new opportunities within existing accounts
  • Monitor market conditions, product innovations and competitors’ products, prices and sales
  • Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, keeping sales records and filing expense reports

       Requirements

  • Working knowledge of foodservice and bakery operations
  • Possess an outgoing, consultative personality
  • Motivated self-starter able to work independently
  • Maintain superior customer service
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with co-workers and customers
  • Possess strong negotiating skills
  • Ability to understand and calculate margins
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
